The site has been designed to promote all your business. To do this, we have
to set down rules that must be followed to remain a member and obtain the
benefits of a SAFEADLIST. These rules are laid down so that the list remains
FRESH and that the membership is ACTIVE. Therefore you advertising efforts are
not wasted.
If you cannot follow the rules laid down, then DO NOT JOIN. This is a BRAND
NEW CONCEPT to allow participants to get the MAXIMUM OPPORTUNITY for exposure of
there business enterprises.
1. All members MUST log visit the site every week. Failure to do so will mean
the loss of points required for posting your emails. If you fail to login for a
stipulated period as designated by the admin your account will be cancelled as
an inactive member. The safeadlist relies on all members ACTIVE participation of all.
2. View emails before performing any tasks within the members area. There
will be a minimum view requirement dependant on your membership level.
3. You must accept both ADMIN Mails and paid solo Ads sent to your contact
address. Bouncing and incorrect addresses will first penalise your points, and
consistency in bouncing will lose your membership.
4. Receive at your contact address Marketers’ monthly mails
should you have been recruited by a marketer.
5. Receive a one time message from Pro member should you have been recruited
by a pro member.
6. You may not use SAFEADLISTS for the purpose of promoting pornography, Race
hatred, violence, or any material deemed offensive or illegal.
7. The Site owner reserves the right to delete such material as in his/her
opinion is not suitable for this site. Further reserves the right to remove the
member from their list with the loss of all fees outstanding.
8. Their decision is FINAL, and no further communication on the subject will be
entered into with the member. (Where necessary the site owner will inform the
Hub owner of such action, as well as report the matter to the appropriate
authorities.) Hub owner will inform other Admins of this action so that they can
also be removed from other lists.
9. NO SPAM (UCE) Safeadlists have ZERO TOLERANCES TO SPAM Either to promote
safeadlist or other sites. Membership will be deleted with a loss of all
outstanding fees.
10. Any member who abuses the system and attempts to spam other members will
be deleted, and reported to the appropriate authority*. Further the Admin will
report to the owners of safeadlists, and you information sent to other lists
owners for exclusion from their lists.
*Our NO SPAM policy means just that, an it will be dealt with through
recognized bodies who deal with spam complaints, all appropriate information
will be sent by the Admin of this site after investigation.
